booklet contains information about school life.

contains important information relating to school hours, the primary
curriculum, discipline,
homework and so on.
Equally important is the school's Pastoral care system.
This includes our Child
Protection Policy and Procedures.

We
are a school with well over 500 children attending.
While we are a large school we work very
hard not to lose sight of our
children as individuals, Every child has his or her own personality,
our
staff are very aware of the personalities of all children in their
care, their sensitivities and habits.
Every child in this school has their own talents, academic,
musical, sporting, performance and other talents.
Every child in
our
school is successful, we took for and recognise
merit in
all.
Primate Dixon is an excellent school, a school where all can
grow and learn
together.

We
strive to work in partnership between home and school. Together, each
of us wants the
very best for all the children of
our parish community.
We have excellent buildings and accommodation.
We buy the best resources.
We plan all our work together.
We expect that our children
will do their best using all that is available to them.

We
have excellent teachers who are dedicated to the children in their
care.
Our classroom
assistants,
supervisory assistants, secretaries, caretaker and cleaning staff all
play an essential role
in making our school work so well.
We are thankful also to our kitchen staff for their vital
work
in preparing food each day.
